Job summary

Premier Fresh Australia is seeking a hands-on Shed Supervisor to lead day-to-day packing shed operations in a fast-paced setting. You will coordinate labour, supervise the shed team and ensure quality, safety and production targets are met, with an early 7:00am start.

You will work closely with site management to drive continuous improvement, oversee compliance with WHS and HACCP, and maintain records for reporting. A proactive, hands-on leader with strong communication will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leadership experience is required.
• Experience in packing, production, agriculture, manufacturing or FMCG environments.
• Strong organisational and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational setting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily packing shed operations.
• Lead, support and develop members of the packing shed team.
• Coordinate labour, workflow and resources to meet production requirements.
• Monitor productivity, quality and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
• Support food safety and quality assurance programs, including HACCP standards.
• Maintain operational records and assist with reporting requirements.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve safety, quality and efficiency outcomes
