Job summary

FMCG | Advanced Food Manufacturing Facility

A leading regional manufacturer is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join their team at a state-of-the-art facility located in Ingleburn. This is a full-time, day, afternoon or night shiftposition running Monday to Friday.

The role is paying $51 per hour

Morning - 4am - 12pm 12.5% loading

The Role

As a Maintenance Fitter, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing a wide range of production machinery to ensure maximum uptime and performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• As a Maintenance Fitter you will carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance on mechanical equipment


• This Maintenance Fitter you will carry out fault finding, diagnosis, and repair of machinery


• As the Maintenance Fitter you will carry out installation and commissioning of new equipment


• This Maintenance Fitter will maintain accurate maintenance records


• The Maintenance Fitter will ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards

About You

• Trade qualified Fitter (Mechanical Fitter or Fitter & Turner)


• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment


• Strong mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills


• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings


• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
