Job summary

IT Alliance is assisting a Federal Government client in Adelaide and across major Australian cities to recruit a Database Administrator Expert with PostgreSQL expertise. The role requires hands-on database administration, deployment, and maintenance within PostgreSQL ecosystems.

The ideal candidate will design and implement infrastructure-as-code, leverage Ansible for CI/CD pipelines, and manage PostgreSQL performance, security, and integrations on RHEL/OpenShift and VMware platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ PostgreSQL database administration experience.
• Experience deploying PostgreSQL with Ansible in OpenShift and VMware environments.
• Experience developing infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience optimising PostgreSQL integration and performance.
• Experience implementing PostgreSQL database security controls.

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Database Administrator Expert in Canberra, Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide. We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Minimum five years’ PostgreSQL database administration experience.
• Experience designing, deploying and maintaining PostgreSQL deployments using Ansible CI/CD pipelines in RHEL OpenShift and VMware environments.
• Experience developing and maintaining infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience optimising PostgreSQL database integration and performance.
• Experience implementing PostgreSQL database security controls.
