  • Working in our Office Leasing team

Please note, this is not an IT based Database Admin role.

About us:

At Knight Frank we’re passionate about property, but it takes more than passion to make us the world’s most successful privately-owned property agency and consultancy.

With a 125-year heritage, we are part of a global property powerhouse dedicated to providing our clients the best advice across commercial and residential property transactional and advisory services.

Knight Frank is a place where you can bring your whole self to work. That’s what makes us a diverse collection of experts, problem solvers and innovators. Our purpose is to empower and encourage our people to think differently about how we can make a positive impact as a firm.

The role:

The Property Data Administrator provides crucial analytical and sales support to the Office Leasing team.

This role focuses on the day-to-day operational aspects, directly contributing to the team's ability to achieve leasing targets whilst providing a platform that gives you a unique opportunity to learn the fundamentals of commercial real estate leasing.

Responsibilities include managing transaction databases, collating research data, and assisting with marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational and communication skills to support the team effectively.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating leasing campaigns and gather promotional material for the Office Leasing team.
  • Maintain and update the CRM and standard documents with relevant transaction and market information across Sydney
  • Provide support with basic data analysis and research on target properties, tenants, and clients.
  • Coordinate the preparation of flyers, advertising materials, and brochures
  • Ensure the completion of detailed reporting and documentation to agreed standards and timeframes.
  • Coordinate communications between various internal departments such as Commercial, Research, Valuations, and Marketing.
  • Maintain positive working relations with both internal stakeholders like the Sales & AMS Department and external stakeholders such as clients and other Real Estate Agents.
  • Who are we looking for?
  • Someone proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
  • An individual with experience in data collection and spreadsheet management using Excel.
  • A person with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities and strong written communication skills.
  • A self-motivated and driven individual who is focused on deliverables and client satisfaction.
  • Someone capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and able to meet deadlines.
  • A team player with strong relationship-building skills and a genuine interest in the property industry.

What’s in it for you?

  • Competitive remuneration package
  • Career development opportunities such as internal and external mentoring, leadership education training, and study leave to focus on your personal growth.
  • A generous 16-week parental scheme plus superannuation for a full 12 months
  • Birthday leave
  • Swap around a public holiday for a cultural swap day!
  • Two Wellness Days to allow you to focus on your own physical and or mental wellbeing
  • A workplace where you can access 2 weeks additional leave each year so you can take that extra break with family or friends
  • We applaud your need to give back to the community and give you 2 paid volunteer days each year to support one of our-affiliated charities
  • Our reward platform “The Vault” which gives you access to a great range of discounts at popular retailers and supermarkets as well as lifestyle benefits and corporate discounts
  • Because life can throw the unexpected at us, we help subsidise private health insurance excess, if you or an immediate family member requires hospitalisation
  • Plus, so much more!

Not the perfect fit?

We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds and abilities - as every person and their situation is unique, we look at this on an individual and applied role basis.

We actively encourage you to apply for roles that suit your background and skillset. You might have something we didn’t realise we needed!

Please note, if you are successful in securing a role, you will be subject to police checks as part of our standard recruitment process.

Applicants with Australian working rights need only apply. No Agencies please.
