Publicis Groupe’s Digitas division seeks a senior Data Strategy Director to unlock growth by translating customer data into actionable strategies across CRM, loyalty, and measurement. You will partner with clients and cross‑functional teams to shape journeys, loyalty programs, and data‑driven growth opportunities.

You’ll design frameworks for measurement, experimentation, and reporting while mentoring analysts and advocating AI‑driven insights to senior stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Experience across customer strategy, CRM, loyalty, and analytics.
• Ability to translate data into business outcomes and actionable recommendations.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Knowledge of experimentation, measurement, and test‑and‑learn methodologies.
• Familiarity with CDPs, CRM ecosystems and digital analytics tools.
• Strong commercial acumen and growth opportunity identification.
• Excellent presentation, storytelling and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
