Job summary

Moody's is seeking an experienced enterprise sales leader in Sydney to drive revenue growth with Tier 1 financial institutions across Oceania. You will acquire new business and expand strategic client relationships, positioning Ratings, Research Data, and AI solutions to address client challenges and transformation goals.

The role requires building executive-level relationships, leading multi-year deals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver client outcomes and long-term

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of enterprise sales in financial services or related tech.
• Proven success selling to Tier 1 banks, insurers, asset managers in ANZ.
• Strong understanding of credit risk data, ratings, analytics and AI solutions.
• Experience selling data and AI solutions.
• Ability to originate, manage and close large, multi-year strategic sales opportunities.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite executives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Leadership in managing AI-related risks and governance.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across Tier 1 Financial Institutions by acquiring new business and expanding strategic client relationships across Oceania.
• Identify, develop, and close strategic new business opportunities across major banks, insurers, asset managers, and financial institutions.
• Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic accounts through cross-sell and upsell initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives, including Heads of Risk, Credit, Data, Technology, and AI functions.
• Position Ratings, Research Data, Credit Risk, Analytics, and AI solutions to address client challenges and transformation goals.
• Develop and execute account plans and sales strategies to achieve annual targets; lead complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Collaborate with Relationship Management, Product Specialists, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver outcomes.
• Maintain pipeline management, forecasting, competitive intelligence, and market insight for business planning.
