Job summary

Retail Safari, part of Strikeforce, in Mount Waverley, Victoria, seeks a Junior Data and Reporting Analyst to maintain and extend reporting systems across campaigns. You will bridge between systems, programs and clients, supporting KPI reviews and program insights.

Qualifications

• Certification in BI/Data Analysis required.
• 2+ years using Excel, Power BI/Tableau and T-SQL.
• Experience with cloud tech PostgreSQL and MongoDB; familiarity with AI/ML tools in AWS/Azure/GCP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, administer and develop reporting systems for Retail Safari campaigns.
• Investigate requirements for new reporting systems and platforms.
• Gather, document and analyse business feedback to generate insights.
• Produce accurate reporting outputs meeting client needs.
• Act as liaison between systems, programs and clients, building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Run regular WIP, system update and KPI meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve program performance and reduce costs.
• Evaluate field activity to identify training needs and keep materials up to date.
