Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise-scale data platform or data engineering teams.
• Deep expertise with AWS, Snowflake and modern data engineering practices.
• Experience establishing engineering standards and platform roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into scalable, secure technology solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to explain technical concepts.
• Track record of building engineering capability and mentoring leaders.
• Experience with data warehousing, data platform modernization, Python and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the technical vision, architecture and roadmap for icare's enterprise data platform.
• Establish engineering standards, governance frameworks and modern delivery practices for reliability, scalability and security.
• Lead development of cloud-based data platform capabilities enabling trusted data products.
• Guide complex technical decisions across data engineering, cloud platforms, integration, automation and AI readiness.
• Build a high-performing engineering practice by developing technical leaders and sharing best practices.
• Partner with architecture, security, operations and business teams to deliver data platform solutions with long-term value.
• Champion innovation across AWS and Snowflake and modern cloud technologies for AI opportunities.
