Job summary

You will lead the delivery, reliability and continuous improvement of data services that support customers, providers and employers across NSW, bridging platform engineering with business outcomes.

- Lead Data Operations, Platform Operations or related tech functions in complex environments.
- Translate business requirements into sustainable service models delivering measurable outcomes.
- Implement and govern incident management, governance and continuous improvement frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery, reliability and continuous improvement of enterprise data services.
- Establish service management frameworks and governance practices.
- Drive automation, efficiency, and platform adoption.
- Oversee operation, support and optimization of data platform services.
- Partner with engineering to operationalise new platform capabilities.
- Build relationships with business/tech stakeholders to measure service performance.
- Develop and lead a high-performing team focused on service reliability.
