Job summary

CPB Contractors is seeking an experienced Data Manager to join our project delivery team on a major infrastructure project in Australia. The role offers flexibility to be based in Brisbane with frequent site travel, or open to FIFO from interstate, supporting a fast-paced construction environment.

You will manage project data across systems, ensure information is accurate and compliant, and coordinate data workflows with project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Data Management or Information Management on a major project.
• Strong understanding of data management processes and reporting.
• High attention to detail with strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering or similar complex project environments.

The Project

CPB is working on a major infrastructure project involving the construction and delivery of a large scale, highly technical facility. We are currently seeking an experienced Data Manager to join our project delivery team, working on a complex, fast paced construction environment.

We are seeking candidates who are open to a FIFO arrangement from interstate locations or can be based in Brisbane with frequent site travel. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working a 15:6 roster, supporting project requirements both on site and remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project data, records and information across relevant systems and platforms
• Ensure project information is accurate, current, accessible and compliant with project requirements
• Coordinate data collection, reporting and information workflows across project teams and stakeholders
• Monitor data quality and identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and reporting
• Support project teams with data analysis, reporting and information management requirements
• Experience in a Data Management, Information Management, Document Control or similar role within a major project environment
• Strong understanding of data management processes, systems and reporting
• High level of attention to detail with strong organisational and communication skills
• Previous experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering or a similarly complex project environment
