Job summary

Tech Holding is seeking a Solution Architect to join a high-visibility client engagement in Sydney CBD. This on-site, contract role requires shaping architecture, strategy, and the long-term direction of digital products across the client’s ecosystem.

The ideal candidate brings senior architecture experience, cloud platform knowledge, API and data-flow expertise, and the ability to align technical decisions with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Enterprise, Solution, or Principal Architect or similar senior role.
• Experience supporting digital products and enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, data flows.
• Ability to connect business goals with technical strategy and execution.
• Experience collaborating with executives, product, and technology leaders.
• Excellent ability to explain complex tradeoffs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior architecture leader for a client engagement in Sydney.
• Partner with executives, product and technology leaders to define direction.
• Assess current digital product ecosystems and technical dependencies.
• Define future-state architecture to support scalability and security.
• Translate priorities into architecture roadmaps and recommendations.
• Provide guidance across cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, and data architecture.
• Align architecture with product strategy and delivery plans.
• Create architecture diagrams, decision records, and docs.
• Guide engineering and delivery teams without day-to-day management role.
• Communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
