Job reference number: 106106
Employment type: Permanent Full-Time
Salary range: $141678.0-$158677.0
You're someone who wants to create outcomes that have a real impact on the people of NSW.
You're all about the detail and this role will allow you to drive evidence-based decision making to optimise systems and efficiency, not just for the business but for our customers too. It's data and research with impact you can see.
Work with stakeholders to identify and define complex problems, translate emerging needs and opportunities into innovative projects, and navigate uncertainty to deliver practical outcomes through research, testing, iteration and collaboration.
This is not a traditional data analyst role; success requires curiosity, adaptability, strong stakeholder engagement and comfort working through ambiguity to find solutions.
Your experience in project delivery, innovation, evaluation and the application of data and technology will see you lead initiatives that address complex challenges and improve outcomes for communities across NSW.
You thrive in ambiguity, are comfortable defining problems before solutions are known, and can engage stakeholders to understand user needs, design and facilitate workshops, and guide ideas from concept through to implementation. You bring curiosity, adaptability and a practical mindset to testing new approaches and delivering outcomes in complex environments.
You are recognised as a future-focused and collaborative professional with experience delivering innovation, technology or data-enabled projects, leading workstreams, managing stakeholders and translating insights into action.
Experience in active transport, e-micromobility, placemaking, vibrancy, urban design or related policy environments will be highly regarded.
