Job summary

Adelaide PHN in Adelaide is seeking a Data Governance, Quality and Information Management Coordinator to strengthen how the organisation manages data, information quality, privacy and information security.

You will implement governance frameworks, coordinate audit evidence, maintain the ISMS and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 alignment, and support continuous improvement across staff and governance roles. There is flexibility to work from home one day per week after induction.

Qualifications

• Requires tertiary qualification in information management, governance, quality management, business or data management.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating governance, compliance, risk or quality systems.
• Experience supporting or maintaining ISO-certified management systems.
• Strong documentation, audit evidence and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, information security and records management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate governance, quality and information management systems, registers and artefacts.
• Provide guidance to staff on responsibilities under governance policies.
• Prepare audit evidence, governance reporting and action registers.
• Support ISMS maintenance and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 alignment.
• Contribute to data governance, privacy, information management and ethics initiatives.
