Job summary

Adelaide Primary Health Network (Adelaide PHN) is seeking a Quality and Business Services Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of Integrated Management Systems, governance, and assurance frameworks within our not-for-profit health organisation in Adelaide.

You will work with the executive team to build capability, oversee accreditation activities, and drive improvements across quality, risk, policy and information management, while fostering a collaborative, high-performing

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in business, governance, quality, risk, health administration, public policy, management, law, project management or related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Experience leading organisation-wide governance, quality, risk, compliance or business management frameworks.
• Experience supporting accreditation or certification processes such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, NSQHS, QIC, Rainbow Tick or comparable frameworks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven people leadership experience and the ability to influence and coordinate cross-organisational activities.
• Strong understanding of continuous quality improvement, document control, compliance monitoring, risk management or governance principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Integrated Management System, including frameworks, registers, policies, procedures, templates and document control.
• Lead, manage and continuously improve business systems that support quality, risk, governance, policy, audit, assurance, reporting, information management and facilitates functions.
• Lead organisational accreditation, certification and assurance activities, including audit coordination, evidence management, stakeholder engagement and corrective action monitoring.
• Support business area owners, managers and action officers to maintain evidence of compliance, quality performance, risk treatments and continuous improvement activity.
• Prepare and present high-quality reports, analysis and recommendations to executive management, committees and internal governance groups.
• Lead policy governance, records management, information management and document control frameworks.
• Oversee facilitates, workplace services, asset management and business continuity arrangements.
• Build organisational capability by supporting teams to understand and fulfil their responsibilities relating to quality, accreditation, governance and assurance.
• Lead and develop a small team, fostering a collaborative, high performance and continuous improvement focused culture.
