Reporting to the Chief Strategy & Impact Officer, you will lead Youturn's approach to data analysis, evaluation, reporting and insight generation. You'll work across diverse programs and services to strengthen our understanding of impact, support evidence-based decision making, and help demonstrate the difference our work makes in communities.
You'll lead and contribute to evaluation projects across Youturn, working with teams to develop meaningful evaluation approaches, analyse quantitative and qualitative evidence, and translate findings into practical recommendations that strengthen service delivery and organisational impact.
This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys working with complex datasets, designing and delivering evaluations, translating quantitative and qualitative evidence into meaningful insights, and partnering with leaders to drive strategic improvement.
You're a curious and commercially minded data and evaluation professional who combines strong analytical capability with a passion for creating positive social outcomes.
Experience within the not-for-profit, community services, health or social impact sectors will be highly regarded.
