Job summary

Job On Remote Online Usa in Australia seeks an experienced data entry operator for casual employment with ongoing work opportunities. You will update and maintain information on our databases and computer systems, ensuring accuracy and timely entry.

The role includes inventory tracking, entering customer and account data, and routine document initiation. Immediate start is expected, Monday to Friday 8:00am–4:30pm at the Tullamarine location; onboarding will be completed online.

• Driver's Licence mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Inventory tracking.
• Keeps records of incoming and outgoing cars.
• Prepare source data for computer entry.
• Initiate necessary paperwork.
• Enter customer and account data within time limits.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct issues.
• Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm.
• Work at the Tullamarine location.

We are seeking an experienced data entry operator to join the team. This is a casual employment with the opportunity for ongoing work with the right applicant! In this role, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining information on our company's databases and computer systems.

Duties and responsibilities includes but not limited to;

• Inventory tracking
• Keeps records of number of incoming and outgoing cars
• Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
• Initiating necessary paperwork
• Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
• Immediate start - Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 4:30pm
• $30 Hourly rate
• Tullamarine location
