Job summary

W. Titley & Co. is seeking a meticulous data entry and stock control processor to join our Charters Towers team. This permanent part-time role covers data integrity, purchase orders, and cross-functional collaboration, with hours 9am–2pm, Monday to Friday.

You will manage faulty product returns, maintain databases, handle confidential information, and support several store locations while prioritising accuracy and timely entry of records.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time, especially with large data volumes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the return of faulty products to suppliers.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences promptly and professionally.
• Conduct accurate data entry to update records and databases.
• Generate and manage purchase orders for multiple store locations.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to support a cohesive environment.
