Job summary

W. Titley & Co. is seeking a permanent part-time Sales/Warehouse Assistant in Mackay, QLD. You will support both sales and warehouse teams, manage inventory, process payments, and help achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

The position operates on a rotating 3-week roster averaging 30–32 hours weekly, with weekday shifts and occasional weekends. Training and team collaboration are essential facets of the role.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or warehouse experience.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Cash handling and processing payments.

Responsibilities
