Job summary

Niche Logistics in Altona, Victoria, seeks a Data Entry/Customer Service officer to join our permanent Victorian Operations team. You will support our operations and customers through phone and email, data entry, and documentation processing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in customer service within logistics, freight, or delivery services.
• Excellent planning and communication skills.

The Role

We are seeking a Data Entry/Customer Service officer on a permanent basis to join the Victorian team, based in Altona.

• Provide quality on-time support to our Operations teams including our vast customer base!
• Data entry and manual processing of documentation
• Con note creation and adjustment
• Label creation when required
• Customer Service interaction via phone and email

What we need from you:

• At least 2 years' experience in a customer service role within the logistics, freight, or delivery services industries, desired but not essential
• Excellent planning and communication skills
• Ability to organise workload in a busy environment while coordinating multiple timelines and priorities consistently
• Excellent focus and attitude towards customer service
• Strong work ethic and poses a "Can do" attitude
