Warrnambool West Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic classroom teacher to contribute to student learning and school improvement. The role focuses on delivering high-quality instruction, mentoring peers, and supporting student teachers.

Applicants must hold provisional or full VIT registration and meet the Department's qualification requirements, with opportunities to engage in professional learning and school initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Must have provisional or full registration approved by the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
• If completed after 01/01/2024, must demonstrate satisfactory completion of a postgraduate level accredited initial teacher education program.
• If Victorian ITE program completed after 01/07/2016, must demonstrate LANTITE requirements.

Aufgaben

• Direct teaching of groups and individuals.
• Develop, implement and evaluate a curriculum area or program within the school.
• Undertake other classroom teaching related and organisational duties as determined by the School Principal.
• Participate in parent/teacher meetings, staff meetings, camps and excursions.
• Undertake other non-teaching supervisory duties.
