Job summary

IMC is seeking an energetic Business Intelligence Analyst to join the BP&A Team in Sydney. You will analyze big data, build reporting and insights across Trading, Finance, Mid Office and HR, and present results with clear storytelling for global impact.

Collaborate with Sydney and Amsterdam teams to translate business needs into scalable dashboards using Python, SQL, and BI tools. You will own data pipelines from extraction to visualization, driving data-driven decisions in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in data analysis / BI.
Strong Python experience (preferred).
Experience building BI reports and dashboards.
Proficient in SQL and data modeling.

Responsibilities

Execute and implementation of all (Global) BP&A aspects of strategic company projects.
Database development, maintenance, ETL process improvement and automation (ETLs mainly in python, json, qlik (bnf)).
Report development and maintenance in BI tooling in line with business requirements.
Managing the pipeline from development to production for the data and reporting layers.
You will act as a true partner to all areas of the business in our Sydney office - working across all departments in the business to identify and collect requirements to support any analysis / reporting needs.
We strive to create cohesive global teams and in addition to the local team in Sydney, you will closely collaborate with teams in Amsterdam and Chicago.
