Job summary

Google is seeking a Share Customer Engineer for the Agentic Data Cloud within Google Cloud in Melbourne, Australia. You will collaborate with sales and engineering to design scalable data architectures, support customer migrations, and drive analytics-driven outcomes.

You will work with cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into cloud-native solutions, optimize data pipelines, and ensure reliable, secure data processing at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience with Big Data technologies or concepts (analytics warehousing, data processing, data transformations, data migrations, ETL/ELT, SQL, Spark).

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and unblock technical blockers across the data lifecycle.
• Provide domain-specific data analytics expertise to accelerate customer success.
• Architect client solutions to meet gathered requirements and demonstrate integrations with Google Cloud.
• Prepare and deliver sales messaging and technical demonstrations to customers.
