Job summary

Atlas NextWave, a global leader in critical digital infrastructure, seeks a Business Development Manager (Data Centres) to drive service sales growth across strategic accounts in Sydney.

You will develop new service opportunities, expand service coverage and build long-term customer relationships, coordinating with account management, service delivery and technical teams to upsell maintenance renewals and commercial solutions.

Qualifications

• Background in business development, sales or commercial roles.
• Tertiary qualification in Business or Engineering or related field.
• Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to develop opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Customer-focused with a proactive, hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Drive service sales strategy and revenue growth across strategic accounts.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of service opportunities.
• Identify maintenance renewals, warranty-to-service conversions and upsell opportunities.
• Develop relationships with senior stakeholders and key customers.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial solutions.
• Work closely with account management, service delivery and technical teams.
• Expand service coverage across existing customer installations.
