Qualifications

• Must hold current NV-1 Clearance.
• Excellent communication skills with visitors and staff.
• Customer service experience is essential.
• Conflict resolution and negation skills required.
• Punctual and reliable with strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Exceptional customer service standards and reliability.
• Basic to intermediate PC skills (MS Suite).
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Screen visitors to and from secure areas using a handheld wand.
• Provide high levels of customer service and assist as appropriate.
• Greet visitors and employees and maintain site patrol duties.
• Report writing and maintain security logs as required.
