Job summary

Constructability Recruitment is seeking ambitious Site Engineers and Project Engineers for major Data Centre and road projects across Sydney. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage packages and assist the project team to deliver on time and to budget.

Openings suit engineers from civil/roads or large‑scale building backgrounds who want to move into the Data Centre sector; strong communication and drawing interpretation skills are required.

Qualifications

• Relevant Engineering or Construction Management qualification.
• Experience as Site Engineer or Project Engineer in large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors and project packages
• Coordinate site works, drawings, RFIs and technical documentation
• Assist with programming, procurement and planning
• Monitor quality, safety and project progress
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and the project team
• Assist with commissioning and handover
