Job summary

Constructability Recruitment is seeking ambitious Site Engineers and Project Engineers for major Data Centre and road projects across Sydney. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage packages and assist the project team to deliver on time and to budget.

Openings suit engineers from civil/roads or large‑scale building backgrounds who want to move into the Data Centre sector; strong communication and drawing interpretation skills are required.

Qualifications

• Relevant Engineering or Construction Management qualification.
• Experience as Site Engineer or Project Engineer in large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of drawings and specifications.

The Company

Our clients are established construction contractors delivering major Data Centre projects and road projects up to $400m across Sydney. With a strong pipeline of technically complex work, they are looking for Site and Project Engineers who want to build their careers in the growing Data Centre and busy roads sector. You will work alongside experienced Project Managers and Construction Managers while gaining exposure to large-scale, high-value projects.

The Role

We are looking for ambitious Site Engineers and Project Engineers to join major Data Centre and road projects in Western Sydney and the Sydney basin. Previous Data Centre or road experience is highly regarded, however Engineers from commercial, industrial or large-scale building projects who are looking to move into the sector are encouraged to apply. You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing packages and assisting the wider project team with successful project delivery.
