Job summary

Brunel is partnering with a leading global technology and engineering business delivering mission-critical data centre projects across Australia. We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager who can own outcomes from planning to commissioning, working closely with site teams, subcontractors and the client on a daily basis.

The role requires strong site delivery experience, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage safety, cost, program and risk.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated site exposure on construction or mission-critical projects.
• Strong commercial acumen: budgets, forecasting, contract and variation management.
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline (or equivalent).
• White Card and full Australian working rights.
• Excellent stakeholder management with clients and on-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of data centre projects: scope, program, budget, quality.
• Spend time on site leading progress walks and coordinating trades.
• Drive safety leadership and ensure WHS compliance on live sites.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, including procurement and variations.
• Report on cost, program and risk to stakeholders and client.
• Coordinate with design, engineering and commissioning teams through to handover.
