Job summary

Crossmuller is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of complex data centre, infrastructure and building services projects across Australia.

You'll manage projects from planning through to handover, coordinate builders, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams, while overseeing budgets, risks and stakeholder management to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large construction or data centre projects.
• Strong contractual, commercial negotiation and risk management skills.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including builders, engineers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery across all phases from planning to handover.
• Coordinate builders, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Manage contractual obligations, variations and risk.
• Ensure safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Act as primary client and stakeholder contact.
