Job summary

CPB Contractors is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join the team delivering a major data centre project in Australia. The role is site-based and focuses on coordinating day-to-day construction activities, leading trades and subcontractors, and ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule and to a high standard.

Data centre projects are fast-paced environments requiring proactive planning, strong on-site relationships and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising commercial, industrial, infrastructure or data centre projects.
• Ability read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Commitment to safety and quality outcomes.
• Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trades and subcontractors to keep work fronts productive and aligned to programme.
• Maintain a visible on-site presence, build relationships and address issues before delivery is affected.
• Plan ahead by reviewing upcoming works, resources and constraints to keep progress on track.
• Monitor workmanship and finishes to meet project standards and client expectations.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers and other Supervisors to achieve milestones.
