Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Project Manager (CSA or MEP Construction) to lead large-scale data centre projects in Sydney. You will supervise field teams, manage budgets, schedules, and quality, and collaborate with clients and consultants to deliver to specification.

Responsibilities

Manage large-scale construction projects to deliver on time, within budget, with high quality.
Oversee day-to-day field activities and track progress, quality, and safety.
Lead handover planning and ensure timely, quality documentation.
Be a visible onsite leader ensuring safe work practices.
Coordinate with client, consultant, and contractor on snagging and schedule.
Identify issues early and drive effective resolutions.
Implement and monitor project processes with client collaboration.
Lead meetings, monitor progress, and communicate impacts to partners.
Review proposed variations and delays.
