Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Project Manager (CSA or MEP Construction) to lead large-scale data centre projects in Melbourne. You will manage on-site activities, coordinate with clients and consultants, and ensure delivery on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

The role requires experience in substantial construction programs, a PM certification or willingness to pursue one, a degree in PM or construction, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale construction projects (data centres or pharmaceutical preferred).
• PM certification or willingness to pursue one.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage large scale construction projects for clients, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, high quality.
• Monitor day-to-day field activities, information flow, and progress tracking for quality and safety.
• Lead meetings, assess progress, and communicate impacts to clients and partners.
• Coordinate with client, consultants, and contractors on snagging and progress.
• Identify issues proactively and implement process improvements.
