Job summary

Prysmian Group in Australia seeks a Business Development Manager (QLD/NT/Data Centres) to drive profitable sales growth across data centre markets, engaging operators, consultants, contractors, and system integrators. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred in business/economics or related field.
5–10 years of managerial experience in business development across connectivity sectors including data centres.
Strong understanding of the datacenter sector and market dynamics.
Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and time management skills.
MS Office proficiency and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a growth strategy aligned with sales and margin objectives.
Maintain a strong pipeline of quotes, tenders and projects across QLD/NT and national data centre markets.
Deliver revenue, gross margin, and new-business objectives.
Identify upcoming data centre developments and upgrade projects.
Build relationships with End Users, EPCs, contractors, distributors and integrators.
Coordinate internal resources for quotations, submissions, and project delivery.
Provide market intelligence on customers, competitors, technologies, and pricing.
