Job summary

IT Alliance on behalf of a Federal Government client is seeking a Data Centre Field Infrastructure Engineer in Sydney. The role requires hands-on assessment and design of ICT infrastructure within data centre environments.

You will support reliability, maintainability and serviceability analyses, assist remedies, and contribute to project delivery and resource coordination in a government setting.

Qualifications

• Analyses service and component availability, reliability, maintainability and serviceability.
• Assists with the implementation of remedies and preventative measures.
• Designs, codes, verifies, tests, documents, amends and refactors simple programs/scripts.
• Designs system components using modelling techniques following architectures and standards.
• Experience with ICT infrastructure projects, data centre and equivalent spaces.
• Coordinates resources and records effort accurately.

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Data Centre Field Infrastructure Engineer in Sydney.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Analyses service and component availability, reliability, maintainability and serviceability.
• Assists with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures.
• Designs, codes, verifies, tests, documents, amends and refactors simple programs/scripts.
• Designs system components using appropriate modelling techniques following agreed architectures, design standards, patterns and methodology.
• Experience with design and delivery of ICT infrastructure projects, data centre and equivalent spaces.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating resources and accurate recording of effort.
