Job summary

CDC Data Centres is seeking a Facilities Coordinator for the Hume data centre campus in Canberra. You will manage day-to-day facilities operations, oversee site maintenance, security and presentation, and work with contractors to ensure uninterrupted service for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or coordinating contractors and external vendors.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with multi-priority juggling.
• Confident communicator with stakeholders at varying seniority levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities maintenance activities adhere to workplans and building compliance.
• Coordinate with contracted staff to complete works across multiple verticals.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and CDC policy.
• Manage facility logistics and enforce security protocols.
• Inspect repairs or renovations and coordinate access for clients and contractors.
• Promote safe work practices and maintain professional site presentation.
