Job summary

CDC Data Centres, a leading data centre operator in Australia and New Zealand, is seeking a Facilities Co-ordinator based at the Hume data centre in Canberra. You will manage day‑to‑day logistics, supervise maintenance, security, and presentation, and work with CDC operations to deliver a superior customer experience.

The role requires coordinating contractors, ensuring building compliance and safety, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or coordinating contractors and external vendors.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator, with the ability to speak to stakeholders of varying seniority levels.
• Demonstrated experience in Property Management, Facilities Management, Office Management or Security Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day logistics for the Hume data centre campus.
• Oversee site maintenance, physical security and facility presentation.
• Coordinate with contracted staff to ensure timely, compliant works.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and building compliance regulations.
• Support operations to maintain secure, uninterrupted facility operations.
