Qualifications

• Strong cost planning, estimating and cost management capabilities.
• Experience across full project lifecycle from pre-contract to post-contract.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and client liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end cost management and quantity surveying services across major projects.
• Prepare and manage cost plans, estimates, budgets and financial reports.
• Support procurement, tendering and contract administration activities.
• Manage variations, valuations, forecasting and final accounts.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Contribute to delivery of large-scale, technically complex projects in data centre sector.
