Job summary

Kappa Executive Search in Melbourne is seeking a Cost Management professional with at least 1 year of consultancy experience to contribute to Data Centre projects. You will assist with cost planning, estimating and pre-contract services, while gaining exposure to post-contract activities and cost reporting.

Join a global consultancy and develop specialist Data Centre skills, working alongside seasoned Cost Managers and clients across major developments, procurement, and final accounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' Cost Management experience within a consultancy environment.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Experience or exposure to cost planning, estimating and pre-contract services.
• Exposure to post-contract services, including variations, progress claims and cost reporting, will be highly regarded.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with good attention to detail.
• Confidence communicating with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Interest in developing specialist Data Centre experience.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to continue learning from experienced team members.
• Relocation to Melbourne from New Zealand or the UK is supported to pursue Australian Data Centre market exposure.
