Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Australia is seeking a Director in our Cost Management team who will lead cost management professionals on major real estate and infrastructure projects. You will drive delivery, shape client solutions, and build high-performing teams delivering value and growth for our clients.

The role requires deep expertise in cost management consultancy, strong leadership, and a track record of expanding market presence through strategic business development and trusted advisor

Qualifications

Professionally qualified in construction, cost management, engineering, surveying or architecture.
Bachelor level or higher degree in a relevant discipline with professional recognition is preferred.
Significant experience (15–20 years) in cost management consultancy and project delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of cost management services on real estate and infrastructure projects.
Drive business development and expand market presence.
Inspire and grow a high-performing cost management team.
Build and maintain key client relationships as trusted advisor.
Champion service delivery excellence and contribute to strategic growth.
