Job summary

A W Edwards, a leading Australian builder, is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to monitor, report and review contract matters on major commercial projects across Sydney, including a data centre project in Kemps Creek. This full-time role is site-based and requires solid experience with head contracts and SAP ERP.

You will work with our management team to coordinate procurement, start-up and close-out activities, ensuring compliance and value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience delivering contracts in commercial projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, report and review project administration and contract matters.
• Manage procurement of trades and major suppliers.
• Administer head contract, subcontracts and insurance.
• Support project start-up and close-off.
