Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking a Contracts Administrator for a major data centre project in Western Sydney with a Tier 1 electrical contractor. You will play a key role in the commercial delivery of the electrical package, collaborating with the Project Manager, Commercial Manager, site team, subcontractors and suppliers.

Your responsibilities include subcontract and supplier administration, variations and claims, progress claims review, cost tracking, forecasting, financial reporting, procurement

Qualifications

• Experience in contracts administration within construction or electrical contracting.
• Commercial mindset with strong organisational skills.
• Experience on major commercial/infrastructure or data centre projects is an advantage.

This is a chance to get your hands on a high-profile, technically complex project and work alongside a highly experienced project and commercial team.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Contracts Administrator with solid construction or electrical contracting experience, who is commercially minded, organised and keen to develop.

Experience with major commercial, infrastructure, industrial or data centre projects will be highly regarded.
