Job summary

Turner & Townsend is recruiting an experienced Senior Project/Construction Manager to join a major data centre project in New South Wales. This FIFO/DIDO role offers location flexibility for the right candidate while leading the client’s interests on site and coordinating with developers and contractors to protect programme and quality.

You will chair roundtables, lead site visits, produce bi-weekly reports and action logs, and drive acceleration where required, ensuring upfront risk

Qualifications

• 15 to 20 years' total experience in project and construction management
• 8+ years delivering data centre projects specifically
• General contractor background strongly preferred, or equivalent direct site experience in a senior delivery role
• Thorough understanding of the full project lifecycle from mobilisation through to construction completion

Responsibilities

• Act as the client's on-site senior representative, leading site visits and chairing developer roundtables.
• Challenge performance, identify risks early and pursue acceleration to protect the programme.
• Deliver bi-weekly reports, minutes, action logs and critical path updates for the client.]
