Job summary

Turner & Townsend is recruiting a Senior Project/Construction Manager for a major data centre project in New South Wales. The role is FIFO/DIDO with flexible location for the right candidate, embedded within the client's team to oversee programme delivery and quality.

You will lead site visits, chair roundtables, and ensure accountability across contractor and developer teams, protecting the critical path and surfacing risks early.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing large-scale data centre projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage GC/EC/MC interfaces.
• Proven track record delivering on schedule and budget.
• Formal qualifications in construction management or related field.
• Postgraduate certification in project management highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly and bi-weekly site visits and reporting.
• Chair developer roundtables and drive accountability.
• Protect critical path and surface blockers early.
• Coordinate with client, developer and contractor teams.
