Job summary

Amazon Web Services invites individuals to gain hands-on experience with servers and networking inside large data centers across the region. You will troubleshoot hardware, learn operations, and grow expertise in large-scale cloud infrastructure.

You'll work with DC Operations, Engineering, Logistics, Security, and more, handling parts, maintenance, and repairs while developing independent work habits within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with IT hardware, networking, or technical support gained through study, work, or hands-on tinkering.
• Possess a genuine enthusiasm for technology and building a career in data center operations or IT infrastructure.
• Must be able to perform physical requirements and travel between sites with own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on with data center servers and networking equipment, diagnosing and resolving hardware issues.
• Learn daily operations of a high-density data center from the ground up.
• Collaborate with DC Operations, Engineering, Logistics, Security, and more.
