Job summary

AWS seeks a Data Centre Technician to support global cloud infrastructure in Australia. The role includes installing server racks, performing structured cabling, and maintaining asset records in the data centre. You’ll troubleshoot server hardware, fibre, and network systems to ensure reliable performance.

You will manage trouble tickets, escalate high-severity incidents, and assist Linux-based diagnostics in a fast-paced, security-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Hold or be able to obtain Australian Government Security Vetting Agency clearance.
• Experience with server hardware, fibre, and network troubleshooting.
• Ability to cover a 24x7 shift rotation in a fast-paced environment.
