Job summary

Amazon AWS Data Center Engineering Operations is seeking a Data Center Technical Operations Engineer to join the InfraOps DCEO team. The role focuses on risk management, maintenance of critical infrastructure, and on-site vendor coordination within AWS data centers.

You will work across IT and facilities teams to optimize safety, reliability, and efficiency, contributing to ongoing projects and documentation while delivering high-level customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade certification in engineering (electrical/mechanical/hybrid).
• Flexibility for 24/7 shift pattern.
• Experience supporting critical facility infrastructure operations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 24/7 rotating shift pattern.
• Assist on-site management of contractors and vendors per procedures and local laws.
• Maintain performance benchmarks, analyses, and reports on critical facility operations.
