Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Controls Technician to support and optimize Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) across AWS data centers.

You will troubleshoot, calibrate sensors, and coordinate with vendors and field teams to ensure reliable critical infrastructure operations. The role involves managing low voltage controls, wiring, and electrical components, following strict safety standards and change-management processes.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of industrial controls systems and equipment used in data centers.
• Experience with reading electrical schematics and control panel drawings is a plus.
• Familiarity with sensors, relays, meters and calibration equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, service, and upgrade BMS and EPMS across multiple data centers.
• Mentor Facilities team on operation and control of BMS/EPMS systems.
• Perform diagnostics and maintenance of programming code and hardware.
