Job summary

Talent Consortium seeks an experienced Business Analyst (Data Analytics) to join our Organisational Performance team on a 12‑month fixed-term contract. You will transform data into insights, develop corporate reporting and support evidence-based decision‑making across the organisation.

You will lead dashboards and BI initiatives using Power BI/Tableau, collaborate with senior stakeholders, map processes and contribute to data governance and continuous improvement across HR, strategy and IT.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis and data analytics.
• Strong ability to translate data into insights.
• Proficiency with Power BI/Tableau and Excel.
• Experience with dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Knowledge of data governance and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop corporate dashboards and reporting tools.
• Analyse organisational performance data and present monthly dashboards to leadership.
• Lead implementation of Data Analytics Framework and Performance Measures Program.
• Map and improve business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
