Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking an experienced Data Analytics Lead to join a large and complex organisation on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave. You will work in a small Data & Insights team, blending hands-on analytics with senior stakeholder engagement.

As a senior IC, you will own analytical projects from discovery to delivery, identify value from data, and collaborate with Data Engineers on data governance and architecture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on analytics or related role.
• Strong SQL skills with relational data.
• Experience with Power BI and/or Qlik.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analytics, insights and recommendations across initiatives.
• Translate data into clear business stories to influence decisions.
• Lead end-to-end analytical projects from discovery to delivery.
• Mentor junior analysts and share knowledge.
