Job summary

ROLLER is seeking a proactive Data Analyst on a 3-month remote contract to drive GTM analytics. You will transform checkout, membership, and product data into actionable insights for Customer Success and Sales teams.

Your work will influence QBRs, pricing decisions, and packaging strategies across global venues. You will collaborate with Sales and Customer Success, monitor SaaS metrics, and leverage AI tooling to automate repetitive tasks, enabling high-impact work.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a Data Analyst who can turn business questions into actionable insight.
• Proven ability to build dashboards and deliver clear storytelling to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with SaaS metrics, pricing, and packaging analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build data behind CSM-led QBRs including customer performance, checkout, membership, and product-type trends.
• Respond to ad hoc customer-performance requests with clear, decision-ready analyses.
• Partner with Sales on deals and pilots to quantify impact and opportunities.
• Analyse pricing and packaging across subscriptions, add-ons, and usage to inform commercial decisions.
• Share findings through regular channels and weekly syncs.
