• 3–5 years’ experience in a Commercial Analyst or Finance Business Partner role.
• Strong exposure to supply chain, logistics, or transport environments (essential).
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI.
• DAX capability highly regarded.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Working experience at organisations similar logistics environments will be highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain advanced reporting and dashboards (Power BI, Excel).
• Analyse large, complex data sets to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support commercial modelling, costing, and contract performance tracking.
• Prepare customer-facing insights, reports and presentation materials.
• Partner with operations to improve contract performance and efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the network.
• Support tenders, pricing and ad-hoc commercial analysis.

What does the job look like?

We’re seeking a commercially astute and analytically strong Commercial Analyst to join our growing team. This is a high-impact role supporting a diverse portfolio of customers across warehousing, transport, and integrated supply chain solutions.

You’ll be joining a collaborative team and fast-paced environment, working closely with operational leaders and customers to deliver commercial insights, enhance performance, and support business growth.

You will play a key role in supporting multiple customer contracts across warehousing, local and interstate transport networks.

This is a highly visible, customer-facing role where you will:

• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Partner directly with operations and customers to drive continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced reporting and dashboards (Power BI, Excel)
• Analyse large, complex data sets to identify trends, risks and opportunities
• Support commercial modelling, costing, and contract performance tracking
• Prepare customer-facing insights, reports and presentation materials
• Partner with operations to improve contract performance and efficiency
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the network

Are you the one?

• Ability to work with large, unstructured datasets (DAX capability highly regarded)
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
• Working experience at organisations similar logistics environments will be highly regarded.
